Some employers are against the idea of their graphic designers using templates. I, personally, use templates every once in a while, mostly to give me inspiration. I would request that if you are against the use of templates that you let me know in advance. I am completely able to create without templates, but they do, on occasion make things easier.
If I do ever use a template for a design, I will always send you the original template, along with my design so that you can see how much or how little it has change. (I have done the same in my portfolio.)

Beside from the fact that I use templates on occasion, I would like to be transparent about the fact that I do use AI for image generation. I find that it can be very useful when stock photos are unable to illustrate what I want to see. Though I may not specifically say when I use an AI generated photo, I would like it to be clear that it is a resource that I take advantage of.
